Group Racing Function FAQ’s
How do I book in a function?
Simply email events@hvewa.com.au with your enquiry, fill out a booking request form above or give us a call on 9479 1200.
What if we have less than 10 drivers or more than 10 drivers? (Go Karting)
Our packages are exclusive use of the track (which means no one from the public can join in) and we can only accommodate for 10 go karts per race at the same time. If you have more than 10 drivers, it would go to the up to 20 drivers package. We recommend restricting numbers to 10 at a time.
How much does it cost to add an extra race to the Group racing package?
It’s an additional $300 (per 10 ppl).
What are my options If I have 10 drivers and I'm not wanting the function package (Room & Trophy presentation)?
We can book you in for the standard arrive & drive session, which is $36 per person for 1 race and $65 per person for 2 races. Please note: this does not include exclusive use of the track, so it will be with the public.
Can we bring in our own food?
We don’t allow any outside catering, except for a Birthday Cake. We recommend pre ordering platters from our catering menu.
Do you require a deposit to secure a date?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to lock it in and the final balance is due 5 working days before the event.
