Kids Party FAQ’s
How do I book in a kids party?
Simply email events@hvewa.com.au with your enquiry, fill out a booking request form above or give us a call on 9479 1200.
Can we bring in our own cake?
Yes, feel free to bring in your own cake. We also provide cutlery, plates, napkins, candles etc.
Can we bring in our own decorations?
Absolutely, you’re welcome to bring your own decorations! We kindly request that you avoid sticking anything on the walls, as it may damage the paint.
Can we bring in our own food?
We don’t allow any outside catering, except for a birthday cake. We recommend ordering from our catering menu.
Do we have a designated party host?
No. However, there will be a party coordinator who is there to answer any questions and ensure smooth operations throughout the event.
What if we have less than 8 drivers or more than 8 drivers? (Go Karting)
Our packages include exclusive use of the track, meaning your group won’t be racing with the general public. We can accommodate up to 8 senior go-karts or 8 junior go-karts per race. If your group exceeds these numbers, we can upgrade you to our larger package – up to 16 senior or 16 junior drivers etc.
Can junior and senior go karts race together?
Junior and senior go-karts cannot race together due to their varying speed levels. Please keep this in mind when planning your event.
Do you require a deposit to secure a date?
To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit, with the final balance due 5 working days prior to the event.
What is your cancellation policy?
All payments made are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your event for any reason you are welcome to reschedule or have the balance put on to a gift voucher to use at our venue.
